The upshot of the Masculine Imperative (MI) is that a man needs to put his mission first.  Women are important for sex, but not for relationships unless the man wants children.  There are lots of women and they are pretty much a fungible commodity.  Yes, there are exceptions due to intelligence and character, but men give a wider distribution of both.

So, a man operating out of the MI doesn’t take any particular woman too seriously for sex.   If one won’t do at the moment, wait ten minutes, another will be along just like a bus.  If one is pissy or unavailable, but another is handy, then love the one you’re with, like Stephen Stills said.

Don’t be afraid to love women, but don’t be too concerned about loving one particular woman.

Women operate out of their emotions.  If you are around women, expect them to not think like men do–logically and rationally.  Women’s emotions change frequently, so they may be pissy one minute and happy the next.  With practice, you can learn to adjust their emotions.  Don’t get upset if a woman is pissy with you.  You can probably turn that around–especially if it’s based on her hormones.
